Dear Landist™ News Reader,
Landist™ News was launched to provide an affordable and accessible forum for buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties. Our most popular feature, “Value of the Week,” demonstrated that anyone can be a real estate investor.
To further encourage and educate “citizen investors,” we have decided to concentrate on highlighting properties and evaluating their investment potential. Specifically, we will provide an online video walk through of selected properties, accompanied by easy-to-understand analysis and no-holds-barred commentary.
Publication of the newsstand copy of Landist™ News is on hiatus so we can focus on developing and producing the virtual version. In the near future we hope to resume publishing the Landist™ News as a complement to our online presence.
